With the Festipay app you have your full control of Festipay festival cards.
Inside the app you can keep track of purchases made in real time at the participating festivals and you can also check your balance and previous transactions.
In the case of losing your card, you can disable it at any time and at a top-up point you can transfer the money to a new one.
You can top-up your balance straight from your phone in 3 simple steps, using your credit card.REGISTERING YOUR CARDFirst, you need to download the Festipay app from the Google Play / Apple store, register and get a Festipay festival card.When you maintain your first card with a deposit, you get a PIN code (on the receipt) - this PIN is essential for registering your card in the application.You can enter your card number manually.
(There is an option to register multiple cards in the application if desired.) CHECKING YOUR BALANCE AND PAST TRANSACTIONSIn the main menu, there is an option to edit account settings: email address, password and name.To check the balance, simply tap on the menu button and select the festival you wish to check.
A list of options will appear, letting you see the balance in the currency used at the selected eventYou can also see the transaction list, option to change PIN, disable your Festipay card or remove the card.If you choose Transaction List, your recent transactions will pop up, detailing each payment made by your card.
TOP UP USING YOUR CREDIT CARDIf the festival or event allows you to use the application for credit card top-ups then, at the select festival menu, you need to register your credit card in the application and then choose the Credit Card Top Up option.Simply enter the amount you wish to transfer from your credit card to your festival card.
If you are ready, you need to activate this transaction.
Just go to any merchant, help desk, top up point or any location with a POS terminal and ask the staff to activate your top up.
